Columbian Elementary School will host its second annual Science Fair in the school cafeteria from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 29. School staff will judge about 100 individual third-, fourth- and fifth-grade science projects on quality and content.

First- and second-graders and kindergarten students will present group classroom projects about whether color influences taste buds; magnetism; and sinking and floating.
