5 p.m. - Regular Meeting, first floor Board Room

1. Motion to approve award of invitation to bid to Avant Datacomm Solutions, National Network Services and Telesupport Services to furnish and install wire and cable for telecommunications, data, video and security systems at 10 schools
2. Appointment of underwriting firms for the refunding of the 1999 general obligation bond issue
3. Consideration of contract with The American School, Inc. to establish a program to serve immigrant students with limited English proficiency
4. Approval of contract between the district and the Green Valley Ranch/Montbello charter school
5. Review proposed changes for the following policies: Professional Staff Fringe Benefits, Instructional Staff Restoration of Health Leave, Administrative Sick Leave, Administrative Staff Maternity/Paternity/Parental Leave, Support Staff Fringe Benefits, Support Staff Sick Leave, Support Staff Maternity/Paternity Parental Leave, Support Staff Restoration of Health Leave and Retirement of Support Staff
