In celebration of Black History Month, Columbine Elementary School will host a Family Night and a second- and third-grade performance of "I'm Gonna Let it Shine" - A Gathering of Voices for Freedom at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25. Approximately 90 students will be performing under the guidance of vocal music teacher Judy Hill.

A dinner for all Columbine students and parents is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., after which student artwork, pottery and golf club making will be available. At 6:05 p.m. the Parent Committee will be available to survey parents about the need for a school-based health care center.
