Gove Middle School will host an open house on Thursday, Jan. 22 for parents of fifth-grade students who currently attend one of the nearby elementary schools - Barrett, Columbine, Palmer or Teller.

During the open house, Principal Larry Tarver will welcome parents and review the many excellent academic programs and other features of the school. Parents also will have the opportunity to talk with representatives of the various programs offering tutoring and mentoring to Gove students (Partners-In-Prevention, Colorado Uplift, Positive Connections and S.O.A.R. with the Rockies).

“This open house is a great opportunity for parents to meet the sixth-grade teachers and the Gove administration - and to hear about all that Gove has to offer,” said principal Tarver. Gove is also implementing experiential learning projects with Dr. Todd Siler, author of “Think Like A Genius.”
