Force Elementary School will celebrate its own “Grandparent’s Day” on Thursday, Nov. 20, inviting grandparents to join students for a special Thanksgiving lunch. In previous years, about 200 grandparents have attended.

Early childhood education and first-grade classes will begin lunch at 11 a.m.; third-graders will begin lunch at 11:25 a.m.; kindergarten students may stay for lunch beginning at 11:40 a.m.; second-graders will start lunch at 11:50 a.m.; fourth-grade students at 12:15 p.m.; and fifth-grade students at 12:45 p.m.

Prices for grandparents are: $2.25 with water; $2.50 with coffee; $2.60 with milk; and $1.50 for a child not enrolled at Force.
