Historic Bed & Breakfast Tour And Tea To Benefit Computer Lab At Wyman Elementary School

Three bed and breakfasts and an art gallery will host the "Wyman Historic District House Tour and Tea" from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14 to raise money for the computer lab at Wyman Elementary School, 1690 Williams St. Tickets are $14 in advance and $16 at the door.

Included on the house tour and tea are the Castle Marne (1572 Race St.), Holiday Chalet (1820 E. Colfax Ave.) and Adagio (1430 Race St.) bed and breakfasts and the Savageau Art Gallery (2230 E. Colfax Ave.). Student art will be a major attraction at the gallery.

Tickets are available by calling the Castle Marne Bed and Breakfast at 303-331-0621.

“Wyman Elementary is extremely grateful for the support from the Wyman Historic District,” said Delores Manns-Martin, principal, Wyman Elementary School. “Here is an excellent example of a community working with the school as one. Our belief is that a community can only be as good as its school."
