Jessie Whaley Maxwell Elementary School principal Robert A. Woodson is proud to announce an evening of Latino music and dancing to celebrate the many cultural contributions of families in the Maxwell neighborhood.

“Festival Latino” will be presented by English Language Acquisition students and their teachers on Tuesday, May 13 beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The event will be held in the school auditorium.

Everyone is invited to enjoy an evening of beautiful costumes, poetry and songs, in addition to favorite dances of Mexico and Puerto Rico performed by Maxwell students.
