Beach Court Elementary School, 4950 Beach Ct., is hosting a Million Word Carnival on Friday, May 23 for all students. Students who reached the 1,000,000 word goal will be recognized.

The carnival will feature various booths including games and activities. Preschool through second graders will participate from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m., and third through fifth graders will participate from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Snacks, music and beverages will be included.
