The Denver Public Schools Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Denver Councilwoman Allegra “Happy” Haynes to the Board of Directors.

“We are thrilled that Happy has agreed to join our Board,” says Board Chairman Bruce Benson. “We know she will provide valuable input in furthering the goals of the Foundation.”

Denver Public Schools Foundation is Colorado’s largest K-12 educational foundation and supports the priorities of Denver Public Schools.

The foundation was reorganized last year by Superintendent Jerry Wartgow and Board President Elaine Gantz Berman. Bruce Benson, chief executive officer of Benson Mineral Group, serves as chairman and Cole Finegan of Brownstein, Hyatt & Farber, as vice-chair.
