The second round of games for the Colorado state basketball championship begins tonight (Wednesday, March 6). There are four boys’ games and one girls’ game scheduled. All games begin at 7:00 p.m.

The boys’ games are:

• George Washington High School at Horizon, 5321 E. 136th Ave.
• Wheat Ridge at Denver East High School, 1545 Detroit St.
• Fairview at Abraham Lincoln High School, 2285 S. Federal Blvd.
• Heritage at Montbello High School, 5000 Crown Blvd.

The girls’ game is:

• North High School at Cherry Creek, 9300 E. Union Ave.

The Montbello girls’ team defeated Ponderosa, 82-53, in a game last night (Tuesday, March 4).
