More information about the enrollment process, including the district’s ongoing “Choice” process, which has a key Jan. 31 deadline, is also available through the district’s web site. (The “Choice” forms may be obtained at any school through Jan. 31 and at the school of interest after Jan. 31). A brochure that provides step-by-step information on how the “Choice” process works is also available online at this address: http://planning.dpsk12.org/. Look for “School of Choice Rules.”
For more about the options available within the district, including the many magnet and charter programs available, look for the “DPS Today” graphic on the main DPS web page. Information is also available in Spanish - look for “DPS Hoy Espanol.”
Many of the magnet applications forms are also available in Spanish on-line - for Denison, Garden Place, Gilpin, Knight, Lincoln, Moore, Pioneer, Sandoval, Slavens and Traylor.
