The CHSAA 5A football playoffs begin this week and Denver Public Schools has three teams, the Thomas Jefferson High School Spartans, South High School Rebels and Montbello High School Warriors in the running.

• On Friday, Nov. 8 at 5 p.m. the Thomas Jefferson Spartans (8-2) will compete against the Grandview Wolves (7-3) at All City Stadium. All City Stadium is located on the South High Campus at 1450 South Franklin Street.
• On Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m., the South High School Rebels (8-2) will compete against the Fairview Knights (9-1) at Recht Field. Recht Field is located at Boulder High School, 1604 Arapahoe Avenue.
• On Saturday, Nov. 9 at 1 p.m., the Montbello Warriors (8-2) will compete against the Overland Trailblazers (8-2) at All City Stadium, 1450 South Franklin Street.
