The Swansea Ballet is performing for the Colorado Board of education at its meeting located at 201 E. Colfax at 11:30 a.m. on November 13, 2002. Eight of the Swansea Ballet children will demonstrate their mastery of the Cecchetti 1 syllabus.

Enrico Cecchetti was an Italian dancer and teacher who developed one of the most influential systems of ballet training. Judges travel internationally to test students on their musicality, expression and technique. Those students have included Swansea children.

Colorado Board of Education member Gully Stanford invited the Swansea Ballet to perform at the meeting.
