To help raise money for music programs at Ebert Elementary School, 410 Park Ave. West, there will be a fund-raising event from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25 at the Sweet Rockin Coffee Shop and The Painted Bench Restaurant, 400 E. 20th Ave.

Minimum admission is $1, and larger donations will be gratefully accepted.

Bands scheduled to perform are Judge Roughneck (ska and reggae); Cocktail Revolution (jazz); Wendy Woo (pop); Classical Brass Quintet (classical); Brad Hamilton (blues); and Tony Medina, (folk).
