This weekend, Denver will co-host and participate in the 9th Annual Invitational School Bus Road-eo. Events include a written test, a first-aid test, a pre-trip inspection and the "road-eo" course which has buses making school bus stops, stopping at railroad crossings, driving through narrow lanes and around tight corners. The event will determine the best drivers along the front range.

The 9th Annual Invitational School Bus Road-eo is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2002 starting at 8:30 a.m. (rain or shine) at Jefferson County Stadium Facility (West 6th Avenue and Kipling Street). An awards ceremony will occur shortly after the competition is complete (usually around 4:00 p.m.).
