The Denver Public Schools will sponsor the Summer Food Service Program for children beginning Monday, June 3

The service will be offered at all participating schools listed, except Bryant-Webster, Del Pueblo, Ford, Harrington, Maxwell, and Wyman elementary schools. These six schools will begin service on Monday, June 17. Service will end at all schools on Friday, July 19. Service will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at all schools. The service will not operate on weekends or on July 4. Free lunches will be provided to all children ages 1 through 18.

Adults can purchase meals at a cost of $2.75 each if they eat at the school and at $2.85 each for meals carried out.

The summer food service program for children is under the direction of the Denver Public Schools Department of Food and Nutrition Services.

Meals will be provided at the following schools:

Northeast Area

  • Ashley, 1914 Syracuse Street
  • Columbine Annex, 2727 Columbine Street
  • Gilpin, 2949 California Street
  • Gove, 4050 E. 14th Avenue
  • Harrington, 2401 E. 37th Avenue
  • Smith, 3590 Jasmine Street
  • Stedman, 2940 Dexter Street
  • Swansea, 4650 Columbine Street
  • Wyman, 1690 Williams Street

Northwest Area

  • Barnum, 85 Hooker Street
  • Bryant-Webster, 3635 Quivas Street
  • Centennial, 4665 Raleigh Street
  • Cowell, 4540 W. 10th Avenue
  • Remington, 4735 Pecos Street

Southwest Area

  • Castro, 845 S. Lowell Boulevard
  • College View, 2675 S. Decatur Street
  • Godsman, 2120 W. Arkansas Avenue
  • Johnson, 1850 S. Irving Street
  • Munroe, 3440 W. Virginia Avenue

Montbello Area

  • Amesse, 5440 Scranton Street

Central Area

  • Fairmont, 520 W. 3rd Avenue
