The second phase of the effort at Asbury Elementary School to improve the landscape and playing fields will continue Saturday, May 25 as parents will lay sod and install sprinklers.

About 25 parents are expected to start work about 8 a.m. at the school, located at 1320 E. Asbury Ave.

The project is completely funded through the school community, with the DPS Department of Facility Management providing technical support and Colorado Designscapes assisting with the irrigation system.
