Who: First-grade students from Barrett Elementary School, Manual High School students, members of the Lions Club of Denver.

What: Distribution of "Flags for Freedom", 4 by 6 inch American flags given to the children to illustrate the symbolism of good citizenship, good government and public service.

Where: Barrett Elementary School, 2900 Richard Allen Court (near East 29th Ave. and Colorado Blvd.)
