Denver Public Schools Facility Management is wrapping up the school year with four "City 7" Playground groundbreakings and one dedication.

"This is a culmination of many people's efforts in the community and at DPS who are working to put state of the art playgrounds in our elementary schools," said Troy Garner, Facility Management.

The schedule follows:

Munroe (3440 W. Virginia Ave.) Friday, May 3 at 9:00 a.m. – Groundbreaking

Crofton (2409 Arapahoe St.) Friday, May 17 at 9:30 a.m. – Groundbreaking

Remington (4735 Pecos St.) Monday, May 20 at 9:05 a.m. – Groundbreaking

Cowell (4540 W. 10th Ave.) Monday, May 20 at 1:00 p.m. – Dedication on 2001 "City 7" Playground

Columbian (2925 W. 40th Ave.) Wednesday, May 22 at 8:30 a.m. – Groundbreaking
