Kaiser Elementary School Celebrates New Playground; Swansea & Steele Break Ground On New Additions

Kaiser Elementary School (4500 S. Quitman St.) will dedicate a new playground/learning landscape on Tuesday, April 2 at 10:00 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The playground features nine puzzle pieces strategically located throughout the playground, with three pieces representing one of three age appropriate play areas.

The playground is funded and supported through Denver Public Schools, University of Colorado at Denver, The Denver Broncos, and the Kaiser Elementary School community.

In addition, Steele and Swansea elementary schools will be breaking ground on new additions. The Steele community will be building a new lunchroom/kitchen addition to be celebrated on Friday, April 5 at 10:00 a.m. and Swansea will add a two - classroom addition to be recognized at a groundbreaking scheduled for Wednesday, April 10 at 9:30 a.m.
