Early registration for students attending Parkfield Middle School (future site located at 5290 Kittredge) in August 2002 will be held at the following locations:

• Tuesday, April 23 at Greenwood Elementary School (5130 Durham Court) from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  
• Wednesday, April 24 at Ford Elementary School (14500 Maxwell Place) from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  
• Thursday, April 25 at Maxwell Elementary School (14390 E Bolling Drive) from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  
• Saturday, April 27 at Maxwell Elementary School (14390 E Bolling Drive) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  
• Saturday, May 11 at Parkfield Middle School (Temporary Office at 4700 Oakland Street, #150) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Boundaries for the new Parkfield are defined by the elementary school boundaries of Ford, Maxwell, Greenwood, and the new Gateway elementary school. You may register your child at any one of the early registration sites.

Documentation must be provided for the following situations:

• Students who are currently enrolled in Denver Public Schools with a new address must have proof of address (current utility, phone or cable bill)
  
• Students new to DPS must have a birth certificate and proof of address (current utility, phone or cable bill), and immunization record
  
• Students re-entering DPS from another school district must have proof of address (current utility, phone or cable bill)
