Two classrooms will soon be added to Garden Place Academy and this morning the school will host a groundbreaking ceremony with district, city and school officials to mark the construction.

The event will begin at 10 a.m. at the school, 4425 Lincoln St.

The two new classrooms should be finished in time for the 2002-2003 school year. The $1 million project also will include replacement of windows on the existing structure.
