Gilpin Extended Day Center will be celebrating their 20th Anniversary by hosting an Open House Tuesday, January 29. The event will run from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Located at 2949 California Street near downtown Denver, Gilpin Extended Day Center attracts children from throughout the metropolitan area. Before and after school classes are offered in music, art, drama, computers, and language. A mainstay in the downtown Denver community for 20 years, the Center continues to bring-in artists, teachers, and college students to instruct its children.

Based on the beliefs that all children are gifted, that there are multiple intelligences, and that all children have a right to succeed, the Center provides all children with diverse opportunities for enriching their lives in a supported, warm, and caring environment.
