West High School Seeks Help To Beautify School Through Brick Pavers Program

The West High Brick Pavers Program wants all alumni and interested parties to help beautify the school's new library. Personalized bricks can be purchased to help pave the circular area around the library. Called "Circle of Memories," the common area will be a place where students can relax on stone benches inside a courtyard.

There are two sizes of bricks. An 8 X 8 inch brick with a West High cowboy logo and a personalized message (up to 3 lines of print) may be ordered at a cost of $100. An 8 X 4 inch brick with a personalized message (up to 2 lines of print; no cowboy logo) are $50.

Proceeds from the sale of the bricks will support beautification and landscaping around the library. The school has already received orders from alumni from across the country and overseas with requests for engraved phrases such as "A Dream Came True in 2002" and "Gracias for 32 years."

For more information, please call Marthanne Simons or Gabe Garcia at the West High School Library, 303-620-5342. Orders need to be in by December 1st.
