Board Of Education To Host Community Forum At Richard Castro Elementary School On Thursday, August 23

The Board of Education will host its first Community Forum of the 2001-2002 school year in southwest Denver at Castro Elementary School on Thursday, August 23.

All community members, school parents, teachers, and students are invited to attend. The forums are designed to offer a chance for more informal conversations between the community and the Board about educational issues.

The forum will begin at 7:00 p.m. and run for about two hours. Those wishing to speak about an issue with the Board of Education may sign up at Castro Elementary School on the 23rd. A Spanish-speaking translator will be available.

Castro Elementary School is located at 845 S. Lowell Blvd.
