Board of Education Agendas For Thursday, August 16

The Board of Education has two meetings scheduled for Thursday, August 16.

Following is a look at the tentative agenda items:

1. Work Session, 4 p.m., Room 706
   a. Stapleton Facility
   b. High expectations/improved achievement for all students
   c. ELA Update (closed - legal)
   d. Review of legislative agenda
   
   
2. Legislative Meeting, 6:15 p.m, First Floor Board Room
   Among the items being considered for approval are a timetable for charter school applications, two grant proposals under the Individuals with Disabilities Act, several construction contracts, and revisions to the Open Records/Open Meetings Policy and Instructional Materials Policy.
