Meetings SetTo Discuss School Boundary Changes

School Boundary Changes At Bradley/Southmoor Elementary Schools, Southwest Denver And Montbello

Community meetings to discuss changes in school boundaries are scheduled for December 11, 12 and 13.

One meeting involves a boundary adjustment between two elementary schools, and two meetings will discuss the creation of boundaries to make room for schools opening in August 2001.

The meeting topics and schedules are as follows:

Bradley/Southmoor elementary school boundaries. Monday, December 11, at 6:30 p.m. Bradley Elementary School, 3051 S. Elm St.

Boundaries for new southwest Denver school. Tuesday, December 12, at 6:30 p.m. at Henry Middle School, 3005 S. Golden Way. The new school will be located at 5400 S. Jay Circle and will serve students in grades kindergarten through eight.

Boundaries for new Montbello elementary school. Wednesday, December 13, at 6:30 p.m. at Maxwell Elementary School, 14390 E. Bolling Dr. The new school will be located at 5130 Durham Ct.

At the meetings, DPS staff will present possible school boundaries and solicit public input.
