Board Agendas For October 12

The Denver Board of Education has three meetings set for Thursday, October 12. The meetings will be held at 900 Grant St.

The first meeting is a closed work session in room 706, scheduled for 3 p.m. to discuss personnel issues and negotiations.

The second meeting, also a work session in room 706, is scheduled for 4 p.m.

The following items are up for discussion:

• Summary of amended budget
• Consolidation of Highly Gifted and Talented middle school programs
• DOTS salary schedule
• Streamlining of Board meeting materials/agendas
• DPS issues for upcoming state legislative session
• Personnel (closed)

A Special Legislative meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. in the first floor Board Room. A vote on the 2000-2001 amended budget is scheduled.
