Potential Textbooks Available For Examination

The Board of Education of the Denver Public Schools is inviting citizens to examine textbooks being considered for classroom use.

Textbooks for a variety of courses and grade levels are being evaluated prior to adoption. Science (K-12), reading for middle schools, and high school government and economics (both Spanish and English) are being considered.

The textbooks will be available from October 6 through November 10 at the following six locations:

  • Bear Valley Branch Library, 5171 W. Dartmouth Ave.
  • Montbello Branch Library, 12955 Albrook Dr.
  • Park Hill Branch Library, 4705 Montview Blvd.
  • Ross-University Hills Branch Library, 4310 E. Amherst Ave.
  • Woodbury Branch Library, 3265 Federal Blvd.
  • Denver Public Schools' Educational Resource Services, Textbook Section, 1330 Fox Street, 3rd Floor South.
