Budget Tops Work Session Agenda For September 14

The Board of Education has scheduled a work session for Thursday, September 14, to study the current budget deficit for the 2001-2002 school year. Projections for future deficits will also be examined.

The work session will be held in the First Floor Board Room at 900 Grant Street. The meeting will be televised on cable Channel 22 in Denver.

Other agenda items include:

• The 2000-2001 School Year Calendar (an August start date has been proposed)
• The Title 7 teacher training grant for English Language Acquisition students
• Personnel (closed)
