Arts Resource Council Seeks Members

The Denver Board Education is seeking individuals interested in serving on the Board's Arts Resource Council.

The Council works to strengthen and promote arts education throughout DPS. Last February the Board adopted the vision of the four arts disciplines - dance, drama, visual art and music - as core elements of the basic curriculum. Identifying funding and ensuring the implementation and success of this initiative is a key goal of the council.

Nominations will be accepted through Sept. 8. The Board will make the appointments Sept. 21.
