PLACE TO HOST SCHOOL BOARD "COMMUNITY FORUM" MAY 25

The Board of Education will host its third Community Forum at Place Middle School Thursday, May 25.

The forums, designed to be more informal than the regular, monthly public hearings at 900 Grant Street, are being held every other month in different neighborhoods around the city.

Previous forums have been held at Maxwell Elementary School in Montbello and Cheltenham Elementary School in northwest Denver. All community members, school parents, teachers, and students are invited.

Prior to the forum, the Board will host a brief community reception, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The forum will begin at 7:00 p.m. and run for about two hours. Those wishing to speak may sign up at Place on the 25th. A Spanish-speaking translator will be available.

Place Middle School is located at 7125 Cherry Creek North Drive.
