Classroom Connect: How to Cite Internet Resources
http://www.classroom.net/classroom/CitingNetResources.html

A how-to guide for referencing online sources in student bibliographies. Just as students need to cite the books and periodicals they use to support their research, so too must they cite online sources of information. This is a comprehensive, easy-to-understand method for citing online information in student bibliographies. It was revised in August of 1997 to include methods of making it easy for teachers to check the veracity of every online source their students cite. Since formal guidelines for citing online sources are beginning to evolve, the willingness of this site to revise is important. Note: The latest MLA Handbook contains citation information for electronic sources, but may have been out of date as soon as it was published.
Topics include: Electronic Mail (Email); Gopher; Telnet; World Wide Web (WWW); Usenet Newsgroups; Internet Relay Chat (IRC); Online images; Online sounds; and Online video clips.
The site also includes new information specifying how to cite the graphics, sounds, and video clips students retrieve from the Net for use in their multimedia presentations. Additionally, the site includes links to Web sites about citations

Unfortunately, works from the group's real-world gallery in Washington, D.C. haven't made the leap to the Web yet, but you can get a taste on each page: The colorful images of masks throughout the site were all inspired by the work of Petros Roukoutakis, a blind sculptor from Greece.
